The 4th of July!

We had so much fun on the 4th! We started it out by Brent making us one of his amazing breakfasts. We had egg and cheese breakfast burritos with red potatoes and peppers and sausage. Yummy:) Then we headed down to Balboa Island for the Myers house that they rent right on the water across from The Balboa Pavilion (where we got married). I brought tons of toys for the kids just so they wouldn't get bored, but really no need for that. Trinity had a little friend there. A little boy who one one year old, Cade. I don't think Cade was very fond though of Trinity, she kept grabbing him:) Kayleigh played dress up in all of her clothes and modeled them for everyone. There was also a facepainter there which Kayleigh was probably her worst customer. Very demanding and of course her whole body had to be done. Once Brent gets the pictures transferred over I will post them. Jordan had a blast, he played cornhole with all the guys. He started off well, but Chris and Paul never lost a game all evening! He also got his face painted:) Dinner was amazing! Barbara had Lucille's BBQ cater and oh my it was good:) We had chicken, brisket, and ribs with rolls and apple butter, sweet potatoes, peanut coleslaw, watermelon, mac and cheese and salad. Yummy! For dessert...oh my the best banana pudding EVER!! Then we watched fireworks and Trinity loved them. We all had blinkies on with glow in the dark necklaces. Jordan had to have at least 10 necklaces! Then we headed home. Hope everyone had a great fourth!
