Oh the sick days!
What a week! It started off with Kayleigh getting sick and Journey having croupe last Saturday. Kayleigh seemed to be fighting her temperature pretty good on her won and after steaming Journey in the shower 3 times, she seemed just a little bit better. Sunday came and Journey had a fever but the croup was gone. Then came Monday, Trinity started to have a horrible cough and a vever and Journey started her temperature. Around 7 pm I looked at Journey and noticed her retracting. At about 7:45 pm I got to urgent care and they took her oxygen level which was pretty low. After to breathing treaments and a shot of steroids, the paramedics picked us up to transport us to CHOC, along the way she got another breathing treatment. When we got to the ER at CHOC they gave her 2 more breathing treatments and kept her on oxygen. She was diagnosed with RSV pneumonia. At around noon on Tuesday he slowly started weening her off of the oxygen which she shortly got off of. However, her stats were in the low 90's which concerned me. I didn't want them sending me home with it so close to being considered "low". She was such a happy baby Tuesday. Her temp broke and she was playing around. In the meantime, Brent took Kayleigh and Trinity to the doctors where they were both diagnosed with RSV. They were both prescribed antibiotics and are doing fine. Today, thinking we were going to get discharged Journey woke up very sick. Her numbers started droping in the high 80's, she was very lethargic and sleeping all day. They finally put her back on oxygen again and back on breathing treatments along with another x ray and blood tests. I am still awaiting the results from the x rays, but she is doing much better on the oxygen, however she is still very lethargic and sleeping alot. I love my babies so much and want them to get better.

New Years Resolution...Time to lose weight!
Now that I have a wedding to go to in November, I have extreme motivation to lose the baby weight from Journey. I am again starting weight watchers, but also concentrating on recipes from the biggest loser-they are super yummy:P A friend of mine has started a group, "The Biggest Loser Challenge", and we have about 7 girls who are joining. We will meet up once a week to weigh in, share ideas, workout, and so forth. It is great accountability. Some of the girls are putting money in the pot for the person who loses the most wins, but I am not much of a gambler and well there really isn't much money to spend right now. But that is OK, I just want their accountability. I have 70 lbs to lose in 10 months:( Not fun for me, but a must. I will post a before picture, once I have a slightly after picture to post:) Wish me good luck!
