God is Great!

So I was on my way to go to one of my candle parties today for my old boss, Marie. I prayed on the way that the Lord be good, and to help me have a $400 party (Gold Canyon is offering a $25 gas gift card for every 2 $400 parties and I already had one). Well I just got back from doing my party, which by the way was a blast, and it was $417 party! God is great!!! I got to see friends of Marie's that I haven't seen since Kayleigh was a baby. It was a lot of fun! I really do love selling Gold Canyon. I meet great people and it is so relaxing, no joke!

On a sad note, a friend of mine called me tonight to tell me he just found out that one of his friends is 5 months pregnant and just found out that her baby has no cranium. She has decided to carry the baby to term and my friend wants me to console her since I have been through the same exact thing. You know it is really sad, because even though it has been almost 2 years since our son, Job, passed away, it feels like it just happened. I don't know how much help I will be to this girl, but I hope Job will whisper to me everything this mom needs to here.

Much Better

So we changed up our homeschooling routine. Instead of Jordan being on a hard drive and being taught by a teacher on the computer, I have decided to the teaching myself. Both Jordan and I agree, it is much better, and we enjoy it much more. Not only that, I am learning all over again and man we have had some laughs the last couple of days. So my sanity is back:)
As for Kayleigh, hopefully God will calm her down soon. We went to Chuck E Cheese today and she ran around for 3 hours and never stopped, she didnt even want to leave. She made new friends and the friends who we were there with, she never really hung with them. She is a busy bee!
Trinity has a little cold and is still constipated. Going on 3 weeks or so now! She is on a strict diet, only greens, homemade prunes and pears. Nothing is working. I am hoping at her 9 month checkup next week, we will have some news on what else to do.
Brent and I are up to the same thing. Going great and strong! Loving marriage as always:)

KIDS!!!!

Wow! The kids are driving me insane!! No joke! Jordan is in his preteens, and oh my gosh, he is driving me nuts! He talks back continuously and is constantly being punished for one thing or another. Mostly talking back though. Kayleigh loves her tantrums especially when she isnt getting her way. Trinity has to be held 24/7! To top it off, Jordan argues with the homeschooling. He thinks if he can beat me down, then I will give in and send him back to school. Yes, bits of me wouldn't mind that, but the other 99% of me wouldn't dare. I love them all, but gee whiz we are in all stages of life right now at once. The teens, terrible 2 & 3's and the infant days. Mommy needs a break!!! Sorry to vent, but these blogs can't always be perfect, right? Some of you, yes in your blogs the sun is shining daily, but we all know that isn't really the fact. Life has it problems, especially when it comes to kids. And you just wait for those teen years, what a blast!!!!
Other than that, things are going great. Life is really busy!

Jordan and Brent in front of the Oregon Caves. Kayleigh and I couldn't go, cuz I was pregnant and she was too young.

Jordan riding a horse for the first time at Brent's uncles in Zig Zag, Oregon.

Parliament in Victoria, BC
Our visit to the Buchart Gardens. It was amazing! Althogh Jordan didnt really understand the importance of it.

On our way over to Vancouver Island to Victor, BC

Jordan and Kayleigh going to look at the outside roller hockey game going on, on the grounds of the Westminster Abby in Canada.
Jordan and Kayleigh and Paul and Blue

I know lame right? But we had to pay to drive thru this tree. Had to do it for the kids!

In Redwoods National Forest. Yes I look fat here, but remember I was 7 1/2 months pregnant with Trinity. Way skinnier now:)

Our road trip to Vancouver, Canada. We were in San Francisco and I had to just drive down Lombardo Street. That was a bunch of fun! Kayleigh was saying "Whee" all the way down.

So I am new at this and trying to figure this whole computer and downloading pictures out. It isnt easy for us computer "stupid" people. I have some more recent pics to put on this blog, but I have to transfer them from my camera to my computer. Not much different from our last post.

Trinity at Christmas time, 5 months old:)

Daddy and Trinity. Notice Trinity's smile:)

This is Kayleigh holding Trinity. See Kayleighs excitment to have a new sister?
