Jordan's athletics award ceremony
Tonight was Jordan's award ceremony for his ISP's athletics. He played football and basketball for Vineyard Christian School. Well if you didnt already know, Jordan excelled at football. He was there first and second string defense. Only few kids got trophies and he was one of them. I think there were like 5 out of 24 who got them. He got his for Rookie of the Year. The Coach stated that when he tried out for the team all the 8th graders asked the Coach not to pair them up with Jordan cuz he was making them look bad (they were being serious), so the Coach paired him up with the fastest runner and Jordan beat him too:) It was really cool hearing that about your kid! His football team won the championship for the 4th consecutive year, so they got a Tshirt and trophy for the championship. I will post pics or a video (if I can figure that out) when we get it linked to the computer and DSL is available:)

Job's Birthday
So Job's birthday was yesterday, May 28th. You know I still can't think about him without tearing him up even though it has been 2 years now since he was born and the Lord took him home. We bought him a key lime cheescake for his birthday. We kept telling Kayleigh it was her brother, Job's, birthday and this was his cake. So for the rest of the night she would say, "I want some of Job's cake" and "it is Job's birthday today". I told her that Job was with Jesus and that Jesus had this huge party for him where everyone from heaven was invited! She couldn't believe Job got to have such a big party. I told her that Great Papa, Great Nana (all of them) were there partying with him. I also told her that Job got so many gifts and was having so much fun. She was so excited! Anyways thought I would share a little of our day yesterday. I always feel like I am missing a child when we are out and about doing errands and then I realize no I am not, one is being watched carefully by Jesus until I come home.

Trinity and Jordan
This weekend was crazy! Poor Trinity spiked a temperature on Saturday night and Sunday carried a 103.2 degree temperature. Yesterday she had a low grade one, so I took her to the doctors today and all is well. Her tonsils were a bit pink, but everything else seemed really good:)
Jordan had a soccer tournament this weekend down in San Juan Capistrano. They played four games, they won 8-0, lost 0-1, won 4-1 and won 6-0, so overall their team won the whole tournament. We are the Champions! Their team looks really good on the field and Jordan is amazing, not just saying that cuz he is mine, he really does. Kayleigh rolled around on the pitchers mound during the games and ended up with the red dust ALL over her. Princess at time, tom boy at others. Poor Brent worked at WAMU on Saturday and then ref'd soccer games til 9:30 pm on Saturday and then 8-7:30 on Sunday. Needless to say he was tired on Monday. I had a Gold Canyon party on Saturday and had a pretty good turnout. They cleaned out most of my cash and carry, which was great for me! I also booked a party and possibly another one:) I also sold some candles at the soccer game:)
That pretty much catches us up I think! Kayleigh and Trinity's birthday party is coming up and we are having so much fun planning it. I will post up pics after the party!
Job's birthday is tomorrow, for those of you who were with us then, please remember what an awesome son we had! He would have been 2 yrs old. He is well missed and I know he is holding our place for us in heaven. He is our guardian andgel, I am sure!

God is sGood!!!!
So, Jordan has his athletics banquet coming up through his ISP where he played football and basketball. Well it was going to cost us about $100 after dinner, Jordan's ticket to Knotts and parking. Well we were debating on going, cuz that is alot for our family to just spend on an athletics banquet. Just when I was going to call the school to see if it was possible to go without spending money on dinner, the school called me. They notified me that someone had paid for Jordan's ticket to knotts and his dinner, and mine and Brent's dinner. Never in my life has someone done something like that for me. I cried like a baby! The funny thing is that I didnt even tell anyone about it. Except for Jordan's bible study leaders and only cuz we were determining on whether or not to go to the banquet or the bible study's celebration night, they were both at the same time and night. It is really funny how God works. I can't wait to pay it forward!!! So my candles are going GREAT! God thing I feel too! Gold Canyon is amazing and people are totally taken back by it. It is a good business to be into right now. A consumable and people love them. I just had a repeat customer come to my house tonight and by about $80 worth of candles. Just had to share my news!

Jordan's Birthday Party
Trinity smiling up at me with her sun glasses! How cute is she?
This is a group picture of all the boys that stayed over. We were missing one at this point, who went home early. Imagine 16 boys staying the night:) What great fun!
Jordan and Jared sharing a moment:)
This Jordan opening up Jared's gift. He got Guitar Hero III. As you could guess, Jordan was so excited and has been playing it every waking moment:(

Our kids are growing!!!
Wow! So the kids are growing so fast!! We had to take Kayleigh clothes shopping a couple of weeks ago, cuz all of her 5T clothes just weren't fitting her anymore and we were arguing daily over her even wearing anything, so needless to stay regarless of where we were she would strip down to her diaper and run around happily. Very embarrassing! She is now in 6X!!! No joke. I can't believe it, she isnt even 3 yet and she is in 6X. I can't wait til her birthday though. We are doing the whole princess theme and she is so excited. If my schedule would subside I could actually get started on planning her party.
Jordan just turned 12 two weeks ago. My boy is almost a teenager:( We are definetly going through the preteen stage. So his best friend who turned 12 as well and him had their annual birthday sleepover. It was way better this year than last year. We had only 17 boys spend the night rather than the 20 we had last year. Well they decided to do air soft war. 17 boys with guns....hmmmm....probably not a good idea. Alot of the boys thought it was fun to get shot at, so many had pellett wounds. Bet those parents are going to love me. It was great, we got his best friend a Denver Nuggets jersey and shorts, Jordan picked it out and he was so excited to give him his gift. We had so much fun wrapping it. Being in the preteens and being best friends we had fun making the gift "girly". We wrapped it in pink tishue paper in a babyshower gift bag. The card was the best. I had a girly card with purses and highheels on it. It stated "celebrate your day in style". Jordan was dying. When he gave it to him, Jared just glared at him with the look of "you so suck!". Jared got him guitarhero III. Jordan is so excited for that! He just left to pick it up from his house.
Jordan got hurt today in his soccer game and can barely walk right now. Poor boys knee is so swollen. The boy came in with cleat to Jordan's knee:( So we are nursing him back to health:)
As for Brent and I, we are so busy. Brent is referring games on the weekend and I have been able to book 5 parties this month, between Tupperware and Gold Canyon. I am having a blast with Gold Canyon. The candles are so amazing and the everyone loves them! Easy to sell!
Only 1 week left of homeschooling!!!!! Jordan will be done with school! He is of course excited!
Trinity is doing well. She has finally learned to crawl:( She is our picky one though. She won't eat unless she can do it herself! It is driving me crazy. She is ever so cute though. I think in July Brent and I will be trying four number 5. Coming up this month, we will be celebrating what would have been Job turning two. We will probably only do a cake or something and just spend the time together as a family remembering his precious face. Anyways, that is my update since it has been awhile. I will try to post a picture or two of the kids.
